Africans living in the southern Chinese city of Guangzhou are being forced to leave the country because of new visa policies, the South China Morning Post reported, citing an unidentified spokesman for the community.

Nearly half of the 10,000 Africans in the city have already been forced to leave because their visa-renewal applications have been denied and at least 100 people are stranded in Macau without enough money to return home, the newspaper reported.

African nationals in the city have been running small businesses on flexible, six-month ``F'' visas and are now being given only tourist visas of up to 15 days, the Morning Post said.

The General Committee of African People in Guangzhou has sent a letter to 10 African embassies in Beijing asking them to press the Chinese government on the issue, the newspaper added.

Africans are to blame for accepting this dirty chinese in thier continet. They only export dirty products and weapons to the african countries.I ahave seen few west africans, very few offering grugs aroun the Garden Hotel, the police was there giving blind eye. Most of the africans I knew in Guangzhou are reasonable traders.Go and look for the so called china towns around the globe, crime, drugs, prostitutions, human traficing, nasty jobs.
Chins is exploiting our people in Africa. Hundred of thousands of your people are making living here. New colonialist.Correption,bribes. Bulding a Friend ship Hall,a small bridge,a small asphalt road, saying it is a devolpment help to the people of africa. In return they get oil, minerals and dump the continent with thier contamiated products. As we see in east africa [ to capture a chicken, through it some grains].
