New recall for excessive lead involves over 400,000 toys

Another recall for excessive lead was announced Wednesday by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. This new recall covers more than 400,000 toys -- all manufactured in China. These products all violate the federal lead paint safety standard.

Why do Americans keep buying toys made in China? Haven’t there been enough warnings? I will not be buying any toys from China for my child. I wish that everyone would do the same.

Why do we as Americans let this continue to happen? Why doesn't anyone stand up to our government? How many poisoned children is it going to take to get Americans to stop buying toys from China? How many deaths will it take? Don't wait until it is too late for your child. It is up to us as parents to protect our children from harm.
